Core Values
Conservation – Creating conservation outcomes is our primary focus and should be reflected in how we conduct business and with whom. Our greatest strength is our ability to help our clients overcome difficult or complex barriers to conservation, develop effective conservation strategies, plans and programs, and leverage conservation funding to achieve lasting conservation outcomes.
Results, not Accolades – We work effectively behind the scenes to achieve our clients’ conservation goals. We are candid and open in our work, but do not seek publicity or recognition and believe we are most effective when the transaction, outcome, or champion of the project receives the visibility.
Professionalism – We maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of our work. This includes honoring high standards of legal ethics, such as maintaining client confidences and client confidentiality, and representing each client in a manner that reflects well on the client. We endeavor at all times to provide excellent service to our clients, help design and achieve client goals, and respond to and anticipate client needs in an efficient manner. We commit to treat each other and all with whom we interact with respect.
