The traditional way to describe a law firm is to show a list of services. (Ours can be found on our Strategic Approaches page). But a traditional list and a traditional approach presume that all work leads down predetermined paths. That's not always the case with natural resource work — at least it shouldn't be.
We find that our clients often come to these projects with unique needs and extraordinary motivations. That's what makes this work interesting. We listen to clients, or walk the landscape together, and seek a sense of the client's long-term goals. We help identify the lasting conservation value — the legacy — and work our way back from there.
The best way to understand our work, then, is to see the way we've tailored our services to meet the needs of individual clients.
